Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances. Each item or mystery box is sold “as-is,” and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

No Cancellations or Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please double-check all order details prior to checkout.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Pallet Hugger®, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Any chargeback or dispute filed after agreeing to this policy will be considered a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to provide proof of fulfillment and acceptance of terms to the payment processor to resolve such disputes in our favor.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order. In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by third-party carriers.
